It is wonderful to know that we continue to touch the lives of many cancer patients.
I am excited to announce that our numbers are in for the year. With the help of our many wonderful dedicated volunteers Passing the Hat made 7,274 hats in 2014.
It is amazing to me that we started just a short time ago March of 2011 making 1,440 hats. We were able to up that number in 2012 to 3,900 hats made. In 2013 we had 5,980 hats made.
We continue to grow: With the help of The American Cancer Society we are now delivering hats to 22 locations in Texas, one in Florida and one in Arizona. There is no telling how far we will reach in 2015.
