2021
I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am to all you volunteers. It has been a great year for Passing Hats. We hit a little over 12,000 hats being made this year alone. To all of you, our volunteers, you are the best. You all work so hard and have made some amazing hats.
Here in Colorado, we have recently obtained 2 more hospitals. We are continuing our Lunch and Loom sessions and have picked up a number of new volunteers. We have partnered with a few other non-profits to help us get our hats out to cancer patients.
In Texas, you all are going strong. We have picked up newer volunteers making hats and they love it. Downtown Baylor hospital is doing another yarn drive for us and Plano’s Recycling Day came in handy this year also. We are in the process of picking up a location or two in Arizona, so Yes, I would say we have been busy for a great cause.
If you check out our Facebook page you will see the heartwarming comments and some photos from the patients receiving the hats you have made.
Thank you all once again!

Hi Kathy,
Glad you found a hat. From the beginning, we decided no wool. I may need to re add that info onto our labels. Thanks for writing.
